Who We Are

Rich Kurkowski

Co-Founder & Partner

Rich has over 40 years of experience dealing with compensation systems, corporate governance and most aspects of running a business. He spent 37 years as a key member of management and the board of directors at Spencer Stuart. He also worked at McDonald's corporation corporate headquarters and Arthur Young (now Ernst & Young).

Rich currently serves as an advisory director for several professional services firms.

Rich holds BS and MAS degrees from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana.

Mike Kurkowski

Co-Founder & Partner

Mike has over 20 years of Compensation & Benefits experience. He has designed, deployed and developed communications systems. He has also automated employee compensation and benefits programs. Most recently he has developed an approach to evaluating engagement levels for key employees.

Mike has served on the boards of variuos youth sports leagues. Currently, he is on the Board of Directors of the Hinsdale Inferno Basketball Club.

Mike holds a BA degree from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana.
